We want all communities to be aware of mental health issues and have the skills and confidence to be able to recognise and support a young person in need. To do this we need help from other organisations to spread the word about this training. If you sell one of the accredited Youth Mental Health First Aid courses we will pay you 15% of the profit from that course!! All you need to do is send us their contact information, once we have received payment for the course we will transfer you your 15%!
Hey I’m Trudi, the Mental health trainer and founder of The Green Hart Project. I have over 17 years’ experience of working with people with mental health conditions and I am a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
I have worked in a prison, a secure forensic mental health hospital and various community settings helping people improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
I am extremely passionate about social change, equality, inclusion and empowerment and would describe myself as a kind, considerate and relatable person that finds it easy to gain trust, build relationships and connect with people regardless of age, gender, status or background.
